I could not say enough about how amazing this company is! They are definitely your family friendly company! I called around to so many places about tree root issues! This time was very stressful, and this company made it so easy! When I called them I felt like I was speaking to a friend! Explained the issues I was encountering and they didn’t just guess the issue. They came out in a very timely manner and figured out the issue. After that they explained what was going on and showed me videos of how they fix the issue. They worked very efficiently and didn’t leave me in the dark! They called with updates and they also made sure to show me what they did after. This company is amazing! Their pricing is also great! The other companies just wanted me to do every little fix and not Focus on the issue at hand! I highly recommend this company for your needs! If there was a way I could give them 10 stars I would! Very very satisfied!!

Brian from 1 Utility came out to replace our leaky water main shutoff valve in the basement, that was dripping. I called several plumbers and they wanted and arm and a leg to do this repair. 1 Utility was fast, fair and professional in completing the repair. I would definitely recommend them, if you need service on your home.

They're the only utility company I will use from now on! I had to have an entire waterline replaced, and they were able to get it done within 4 hours. I am very impressed with the service and pricing that I have gotten from this company. I have used them twice and not only were they able to give me a price over the phone for both of these jobs, they were a lot cheaper than any other quote I received. They were very friendly and professional and that is not something you always get. I gave them a call and they were able to show up an hour later.
